Create Benefit
Create your ticket benefits here to boost buyer value—set the benefit type, name, expiration, ticket amount, descriptions, and customize colors and icons.
In this article:
Start by clicking on 'Apps' located in the sidebar.
Click on the ‘7am Ticket Benefits App’.
Note: You can pin your favorite apps for quicker access by keeping them at the top of your list.
A new window will open. There, click on 'Create Benefit'.
Type: Choose 'Physical Product' to offer tangible items like merchandise or 'Digital Product' for electronic benefits such as downloadable content.
Internal Name: Add an internal name for the benefit. It won’t be shown to buyers but helps your team easily identify it within your organization.
Name: Enter the benefit's name as you want it to appear to buyers.
Valid Until: Choose the expiration date to specify when the benefit will remain valid.
Amount: Specify the quantity of this benefit available per ticket purchased.
When all fields are filled in, go to 'Description'.
Short description: Start by writing a brief overview of the benefit.
Full description: Give a detailed overview of the benefit, including features and redemption instructions.
Once you've added both descriptions, go to 'Appearance'.
Icon Color: Select the color for the icon representing your benefit.
Background Color: Select the background color for the icon that represents your benefit.
Use the 'Search Icon' feature to find the icon you need. Simply type the icon's name and select it from the results.
Once you've selected the icon, click the 'Save' button at the top right corner to create your benefit.
After creating benefits for your tickets, you can then add them to their respective tickets.
How can I make my ticket benefits more attractive?
Offer value-added benefits, such as merch or digital perks, and match them to your event’s theme to boost excitement and appeal.
Can I customize how my benefits look?
Definitely! You can choose the icon, colors, and name to make your benefits stand out and match your event’s branding.
Edit Benefit
If you've published a benefit and need to make updates, you can tweak things like the type, name, expiration, amount, descriptions, or even the icon and background colors to better fit your event and boost attendee value.
In this article:
Start by clicking on 'Apps' located in the sidebar.
Click on the ‘7am Ticket Benefits App’.
Note: You can pin your favorite apps for quicker access by keeping them at the top of your list.
Click on the benefit you want to edit.
Type, Internal Name, Name, Valid Until, Amount: In this section, update the basic information of your benefit.
Click on ‘Description’.
Short description, Full description: Customize your short and full benefit descriptions to clearly communicate their value and purpose to attendees.
Then click on 'Appearance'.
Icon Color, Background Color, Icon: Customize the appearance of your benefit here. Adjust the logo, color, icon background, and other visual elements to match the branding and aesthetics of your event.
Click 'Save' to finalize your benefit edits and save your changes.
What if my benefits need a facelift mid-event?
No worries! In the '7 am Ticket Benefits App,' you can tweak everything from the name to the icon.
Can I give my benefits a brand-new look without starting over?
Definitely! Just head to the 'Appearance' section and update the colors, icons, and design. It’s a quick way to give your benefits a makeover while keeping them active for your attendees.
Delete Benefit
This feature lets organizers quickly remove unneeded ticket benefits, whether updating offerings or clearing out old ones.
In this article:
In the left-hand menu, click on 'Apps'.
Click on the ‘7am Benefits App’ to open it.
Find and click on the benefit you want to remove, then click the trash icon to delete it.
To confirm, click the red "Yes, sure" button. The benefit will be automatically deleted.
Is there a way to undo a benefit deletion?
No, once you delete a benefit, it’s gone for good. So make sure you’re sure before moving forward!
What if I just want to edit the benefit, not delete it?
No problem! You can easily edit your benefits in the 7am Benefits App without deleting it.
How do I know the benefit was deleted?
After you click "Yes, sure", the benefit will disappear from the list, letting you know it’s been successfully removed.
