1. Search Orders
In the left-hand menu, click 'Orders'.
Click the arrow inside the red box to expand the list of events. Then, select the event you want to search orders for.
If you have details like the buyer’s name or order information, click on 'Search orders' next to the magnifying glass icon. Enter the relevant information to find the specific order.
To further narrow your search, click the arrow to expand the options. From there, choose 'All', 'Completed', 'Cancelled', 'Failed', or 'Awaiting Payment', depending on the status of the order you’re looking for. This will filter your search results to show only the selected category.
Once you’ve found the order, click on it to view more details.
The order will open in a new window, displaying key information such as the order ID, payment method, total price, and other relevant details.
