Ticket Resale
The Resell feature lets your buyers securely resell their tickets through 7am. Once enabled, tickets can be listed for resale directly in the platform, with the original ticket automatically canceled when sold.

In the top-right corner of the Organizer Panel, select your organization. If you manage more than one, just click the dropdown to switch. All your available organizations will appear in the list.
Once you’re inside your organization, go to the left-hand menu and click on 'Apps'.
In the ‘Apps’ section, find the 'Resale' app and click on it.
Note: Click the ‘Pin’ icon to add your favorite apps to the sidebar.
Inside the Resale app, click on the event field at the top. A dropdown will open showing all your events. Select the one where you want to enable the Resell feature.
Check the box next to ‘Enable App’ to turn on the Resell feature for your selected event. Once enabled, click ‘Save’ in the top-right corner to apply the changes.
If you’d like ticket resales to be visible on your public ticketing page, check the box next to ‘Enable Public Listing’. After selecting this option, click ‘Save’ in the top-right corner to confirm the changes.
Can I choose which events have the Resell option enabled?
Yes. You decide which events allow reselling by enabling or disabling the feature for each event individually in the Organizer Panel.
What’s the difference between ‘Enable App’ and ‘Enable Public Listing’?
'Enable App' allows reselling within the 7am platform, while ‘Enable Public Listing’ makes those resales visible on your public ticketing page. You can choose to enable one or both, depending on how you want to manage resales.
