1. Go to the Redemption Page:
Open your browser and visit resell.7am.events/redeem.
2. Enter Your Email Address:
Input your email address—use the same one linked to your 7am account if you have one. This helps keep all your tickets in one place. Click Continue.
3. Verify with a Passcode:
Check your email for a six-digit passcode, enter it on the site, and press Continue.
4. Find Your Secret Code:
Open the PDF ticket you received when you purchased the ticket, scroll to the bottom, and locate the secret code. Copy this code.
5. Submit Your Code:
Go back to the browser, paste the secret code into the field provided, and click Submit.
Confirmation of Success:
If the code is correct, you’ll see a green success bar indicating that the ticket has been added to your 7am account.
Access Your Ticket Anytime:
Download the 7am Passport app for iOS or Android to view your ticket at any time.
